لِ اِىْ لَا فِ قُرَیْشٍ
قُ رَىْ شْ
اِىْ لَا فِ هِمْ رِحْلَةَ
رِحْ لَ تَشّ الشِّتَآءِ
شِ تَآ ءِ وَ الصَّیْفِ
وَصّ صَىْ فْ
فَلْ يَعْ بُ دُوْ رَبَّ
رَبّ بَ هٰذَا
هَا ذَلْ الْبَیْتِ
بَىْ تْ
اَلّ لَ ذِىْٓ اَطْعَمَهُمْ
اَطْ عَ مَ هُمّ مِّنْ
مِنْ جُوْعٍ ۙ۬
جُوْٓ عْ وَّ اٰمَنَهُمْ
وَآ مَ نَ هُمّ مِّنْ
مِنْ خَوْفٍ
خَوْ فْ
˹At least˺ for ˹the favour of˺ making Quraysh habitually secure—

For the accustomed security of the Quraysh1 -
— Saheeh International
secure in their trading caravan ˹to Yemen˺ in the winter and ˹Syria˺ in the summer—

let them worship the Lord of this ˹Sacred˺ House,

Who has fed them against hunger and made them secure against fear.1

Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear.
