And so you ˹O Prophet˺ are sent revelation, just like those before you, by Allah—the Almighty, All-Wise.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

Thus has He revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], and to those before you - Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And He is the Most High, the Greatest.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the Most High, the Most Great.1

ﭰﭱ ﭹﭺ ﭿ

The heavens nearly burst, one above the other, ˹in awe of Him˺. And the angels glorify the praises of their Lord, and seek forgiveness for those on earth. Surely Allah alone is the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

The heavens almost break from above them,1 and the angels exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord and ask forgiveness for those on earth. Unquestionably, it is Allah who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

— Saheeh International

As for those who take other protectors besides Him, Allah is Watchful over them. And you ˹O Prophet˺ are not a keeper over them.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

And those who take as allies other than Him - Allah is [yet] Guardian over them; and you, [O Muḥammad], are not over them a manager.

And so We have revealed to you a Quran in Arabic, so you may warn the Mother of Cities1 and everyone around it, and warn of the Day of Gathering—about which there is no doubt—˹when˺ a group will be in Paradise and another in the Blaze.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur’ān that you may warn the Mother of Cities [i.e., Makkah] and those around it1 and warn of the Day of Assembly, about which there is no doubt. A party will be in Paradise and a party in the Blaze.

— Saheeh International

ﯓﯔ

Had Allah willed, He could have easily made all ˹humanity˺ into a single community ˹of believers˺. But He admits into His mercy whoever He wills. And the wrongdoers will have no protector or helper.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

And if Allah willed, He could have made them [of] one religion, but He admits whom He wills1 into His mercy. And the wrongdoers have not any protector or helper.

— Saheeh International

ﯡﯢ

How can they take protectors besides Him? Allah alone is the Protector. He ˹alone˺ gives life to the dead. And He ˹alone˺ is Most Capable of everything.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

Or have they taken protectors [or allies] besides Him? But Allah - He is the Protector, and He gives life to the dead, and He is over all things competent.

— Saheeh International

ﯶﯷ ﯿ

˹Say to the believers, O  Prophet,˺ “Whatever you may differ about, its judgment rests with Allah. That is Allah—my Lord. In Him I put my trust, and to Him I ˹always˺ turn.”

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

And in anything over which you disagree - its ruling is [to be referred] to Allah. [Say], "That is Allah, my Lord; upon Him I have relied, and to Him I turn back."1

— Saheeh International

ﭓﭔ ﭜﭝ ﭟﭠ ﭣﭤ

˹He is˺ the Originator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you spouses from among yourselves, and ˹made˺ mates for cattle ˹as well˺—multiplying you ˹both˺. There is nothing like Him, for He ˹alone˺ is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

[He is] Creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you from yourselves, mates, and among the cattle, mates; He multiplies you thereby. There is nothing like unto Him,1 and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.2

— Saheeh International

ﭬﭭ ﭲﭳ

To Him belong the keys ˹of the treasuries˺ of the heavens and the earth. He gives abundant or limited provisions to whoever He wills. Indeed, He has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of all things.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is, of all things, Knowing.
