وَ قَا لَ تِمْ امْرَاَتُ
رَاَ تُ فِرْعَوْنَ
فِرْ عَوْ نَ قُرَّتُ
قُرّ رَ تُ عَیْنٍ
عَىْ نِلّ لِّیْ
لِىْ وَ لَكَ ؕ
وَلَكْ لَا
لَا تَقْتُلُوْهُ ۖۗ
تَقْ تُ لُوْ هُ عَسٰۤی
عَ سَآ اَنْ
اَنۡ ىّ یَّنْفَعَنَاۤ
يَنْ فَ عَ نَآ اَوْ
اَوۡ نَتَّخِذَهٗ
نَتّ تَ خِ ذَ هُوْ وَلَدًا
وَ لَ دَنْ وّ وَّ هُمْ
وَ هُمْ لَا
لَا یَشْعُرُوْنَ
يَشْ عُ رُوْٓ نْ
Pharaoh’s wife said ˹to him˺, “˹This baby is˺ a source of joy for me and you. Do not kill him. Perhaps he may be useful to us or we may adopt him as a son.” They were unaware ˹of what was to come˺.

And the wife of Pharaoh said, "[He will be] a comfort of the eye [i.e., pleasure] for me and for you. Do not kill him; perhaps he may benefit us, or we may adopt him as a son." And they perceived not.1
