اِنّ نَا نَحْنُ
نَحْ نُ نَزَّلْنَا
نَزّ زَلْ نَذّ الذِّكْرَ
ذِكْ رَ وَ اِنَّا
وَاِنّ نَا لَهٗ
لَ هُوْ لَحٰفِظُوْنَ
لَ حَا فِ ظُوْٓ نْ
وَ لَ قَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا
اَرْ سَلْ نَا مِنْ
مِنْ قَبْلِكَ
قَبْ لِ كَ فِیْ
فِىْ شِیَعِ
شِ ىَ عِلْ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ
اَوّ وَ لِىْٓ نْ
وَ مَا یَاْتِیْهِمْ
يَاْ تِىْ هِمّ مِّنْ
مِرّ رَّسُوْلٍ
رَ سُوْ لِنْ اِلَّا
اِلّ لَا كَانُوْا
كَا نُوْ بِهٖ
بِ هِىْ یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ
يَسْ تَهْ زِ ءُوْٓ نْ
كَ ذَا لِ كَ نَسْلُكُهٗ
نَسْ لُ كُ هُوْ فِیْ
فِىْ قُلُوْبِ
قُ لُوْ بِلْ الْمُجْرِمِیْنَ
مُجْ رِ مِىْٓ نْ
لَا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ
ىُ ءْ مِ نُوْ نَ بِهٖ
بِ هِىْ وَ قَدْ
وَ قَدْ خَلَتْ
خَ لَتْ سُنَّةُ
سُنّ نَ تُلْ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ
اَوّ وَ لِىْٓ نْ
وَ لَوْ فَتَحْنَا
تَ تَحْ تَا عَلَیْهِمْ
عَ لَىْ هِمْ بَابًا
بَا بَمّ مِّنَ
مِ نَسّ السَّمَآءِ
سَ مَآ ءِ فَظَلُّوْا
فَ ظَلّ لُوْ فِیْهِ
فِىْ هِ یَعْرُجُوْنَ
يَعْ رُ جُوْٓ نْ
لَ قَا لُوْٓ اِنَّمَا
اِنّ نَ مَا سُكِّرَتْ
سُكّ كِ رَتْ اَبْصَارُنَا
اَبْ صَا رُ نَا بَلْ
بَلْ نَحْنُ
نَحْ نُ قَوْمٌ
قَوْ مُمّ مَّسْحُوْرُوْنَ
مَسْ حُوْ رُوْٓنْ
وَ لَ قَدْ جَعَلْنَا
جَ عَلْ نَا فِی
فِسّ السَّمَآءِ
سَ مَآ ءِ بُرُوْجًا
بُ رُوْ جَنْ وّ وَّ زَیَّنّٰهَا
وَ زَىّ يَنّ نَا هَا لِلنّٰظِرِیْنَ
لِنّ نَا ظِ رِىْٓ نْ
وَ حَ فِظْ نَا هَا مِنْ
مِنْ كُلِّ
كُلّ لِ شَیْطٰنٍ
شَىْ طَا نِرّ رَّجِیْمٍ
رَ جِىْٓ مْ
اِلّ لَا مَنِ
مَ نِسْ اسْتَرَقَ
تَ رَ قَسّ السَّمْعَ
سَمْ عَ فَاَتْبَعَهٗ
فَ اَتْ بَ عَ هُوْ شِهَابٌ
شِ هَا بُمّ مُّبِیْنٌ
مُ بِىْٓ نْ
وَلْ اَرْضَ مَدَدْنٰهَا
مَ دَدْ نَا هَا وَ اَلْقَیْنَا
وَ اَلْ قَىْ نَا فِیْهَا
فِىْ هَا رَوَاسِیَ
رَوَاسِ ىَ وَ اَنْۢبَتْنَا
وَاَمْ بَتْ نَا فِیْهَا
فِىْ هَا مِنْ
مِنْ كُلِّ
كُلّ لِ شَیْءٍ
شَىْ ءِمّ مَّوْزُوْنٍ
مَوْ زُوْٓ نْ
It is certainly We Who have revealed the Reminder, and it is certainly We Who will preserve it.

Indeed, it is We who sent down the message [i.e., the Qur’ān], and indeed, We will be its guardian.
— Saheeh International
Indeed, We sent messengers before you ˹O Prophet˺ among the groups of early peoples,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And We had certainly sent [messengers] before you, [O Muḥammad], among the sects of the former peoples.
— Saheeh International
but no messenger ever came to them without being mocked.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And no messenger would come to them except that they ridiculed him.
— Saheeh International
This is how We allow disbelief ˹to steep˺ into the hearts of the wicked.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
Thus do We insert it [i.e., denial] into the hearts of the criminals.
— Saheeh International
They would not believe in this ˹Quran˺ despite the ˹many˺ examples of those ˹destroyed˺ before.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
They will not believe in it, while there has already occurred the precedent of the former peoples.
— Saheeh International
And even if We opened for them a gate to heaven, through which they continued to ascend,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And [even] if We opened to them a gate from the heaven and they continued therein to ascend,
— Saheeh International
still they would say, “Our eyes have truly been dazzled! In fact, we must have been bewitched.”
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
They would say, "Our eyes have only been dazzled. Rather, we are a people affected by magic."
— Saheeh International
Indeed, We have placed constellations in the sky, and adorned it for all to see.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers.
— Saheeh International
And We protected it from every accursed devil,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah]
— Saheeh International
except the one eavesdropping, who is then pursued by a visible flare.1
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame.
— Saheeh International
As for the earth, We spread it out and placed upon it firm mountains, and caused everything to grow there in perfect balance.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing.
— Saheeh International
