فَسِیْحُوْا
فَ سِىْ حُوْ فِی
فِلْ الْاَرْضِ
اَرْ ضِ اَرْبَعَةَ
اَرْ بَ عَ ةَ اَشْهُرٍ
اَشْ هُ رِنْ وّ وَّ اعْلَمُوْۤا
وَ عْ لَ مُوْٓ اَنَّكُمْ
اَنّ نَ كُمْ غَیْرُ
غَىْ رُ مُعْجِزِی
مُعْ جِ زِلّ اللّٰهِ ۙ
لَا هِ وَ اَنَّ
وَاَنّ نَلّ اللّٰهَ
لَا هَ مُخْزِی
مُخْ زِلْ الْكٰفِرِیْنَ
كَا فِ رِىْٓ نْ
فَ سِىْ حُوْ فِی

“You ˹polytheists˺ may travel freely through the land for four months, but know that you will have no escape from Allah, and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.”1

So travel freely, [O disbelievers], throughout the land [during] four months but know that you cannot cause failure to Allah and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.
