لَا
لَا یَرْقُبُوْنَ
يَرْ قُ بُوْ نَ فِیْ
فِىْ مُؤْمِنٍ
مُ ءْ مِ نِنْ اِلًّا
اِلّ لَنْ وّ وَّ لَا
وَ لَا ذِمَّةً ؕ
ذِمّ مَهْ وَ اُولٰٓىِٕكَ
وَ اُ لَٓا ءِ كَ هُمُ
هُ مُلْ الْمُعْتَدُوْنَ
مُعْ تَ دُوْٓ نْ
لَا یَرْقُبُوْنَ
يَرْ قُ بُوْ نَ فِیْ

They do not honour the bonds of kinship or treaties with the believers. It is they who are the transgressors.
