عَمّ مَ یَتَسَآءَلُوْنَ
ىَ تَ سَآ ءَ لُوْٓ نْ
عَ نِنّ النَّبَاِ
نَ بَ اِلْ الْعَظِیْمِ
عَ ظِىْٓ مْ
اَلّ لَ ذِىْ هُمْ
هُمْ فِیْهِ
فِىْ هِ مُخْتَلِفُوْنَ
مُخْ تَ لِ فُوْٓ نْ
كَلّ لَا سَیَعْلَمُوْنَ
سَ يَعْ لَ مُوْٓ نْ
ثُمّ مَ كَلَّا
كَلّ لَا سَیَعْلَمُوْنَ
سَ يَعْ لَ مُوْٓ نْ
اَ لَمْ نَجْعَلِ
نَجْ عَ لِلْ الْاَرْضَ
اَرْ ضَ مِهٰدًا
مِ هَا دَا
وَلْ جِ بَا لَ اَوْتَادًا۪
اَوْ تَا دَا
وَ خَ لَقْ نَا كُمْ اَزْوَاجًا
اَزْ وَا جَا
وَ جَ عَلْ نَا نَوْمَكُمْ
نَوْ مَ كُمْ سُبَاتًا
سُ بَا تَا
وَ جَ عَلْ نَلّ الَّیْلَ
لَىْ لَ لِبَاسًا
لِ بَا سَا
وَ جَ عَلْ نَنّ النَّهَارَ
نَ هَا رَ مَعَاشًا
مَ عَا شَا

But no! They will come to know.

No! They are going to know.
— Saheeh International
Again, no! They will come to know.

Then, no! They are going to know.
— Saheeh International
Have We not smoothed out the earth ˹like a bed˺,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
Have We not made the earth a resting place?
— Saheeh International
and ˹made˺ the mountains as ˹its˺ pegs,1
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And the mountains as stakes?1
— Saheeh International
and created you in pairs,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And We created you in pairs.
— Saheeh International
and made your sleep for rest,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And made your sleep [a means for] rest
— Saheeh International
and made the night as a cover,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And made the night as clothing1.
— Saheeh International
and made the day for livelihood,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And made the day for livelihood.
