ذٰلِكَ
ذَا لِ كَ بِاَنَّهُمْ
بِ اَنّ نَ هُمْ اٰمَنُوْا
آ مَ نُوْ ثُمَّ
ثُمّ مَ كَفَرُوْا
كَ فَ رُوْ فَطُبِعَ
فَ طُ بِ عَ عَلٰی
عَ لَا قُلُوْبِهِمْ
قُ لُوْ بِ هِمْ فَهُمْ
فَ هُمْ لَا
لَا یَفْقَهُوْنَ
يَفْ قَ هُوْٓ نْ
ذَا لِ كَ بِاَنَّهُمْ

This is because they believed and then abandoned faith. Therefore, their hearts have been sealed, so they do not comprehend.
