وَ هُوَ
وَ هُ وَلْ الْقَاهِرُ
قَا هِ رُ فَوْقَ
فَوْ قَ عِبَادِهٖ ؕ
عِ بَا دِهْ وَ هُوَ
وَهُ وَلْ الْحَكِیْمُ
حَ كِىْ مُلْ الْخَبِیْرُ
خَ بِىْٓ رْ
وَ هُ وَلْ الْقَاهِرُ
قَا هِ رُ فَوْقَ
فَوْ قَ عِبَادِهٖ ؕ
عِ بَا دِهْ وَ هُوَ
وَهُ وَلْ الْحَكِیْمُ
حَ كِىْ مُلْ الْخَبِیْرُ
خَ بِىْٓ رْ

He reigns supreme over His creation. And He is the All-Wise, All-Aware.
