فَاَهْلَكْنَاۤ
فَ اَهْ لَكْ نَآ اَشَدَّ
اَشَدّ دَ مِنْهُمْ
مِنْ هُمْ بَطْشًا
بَطْ شَنْ وّ وَّ مَضٰی
وَ مَ ضَا مَثَلُ
مَ ثَ لُلْ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ
اَوّ وَ لِىْٓ نْ
فَ اَهْ لَكْ نَآ اَشَدَّ
اَشَدّ دَ مِنْهُمْ
مِنْ هُمْ بَطْشًا
بَطْ شَنْ وّ وَّ مَضٰی
وَ مَ ضَا مَثَلُ
مَ ثَ لُلْ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ
اَوّ وَ لِىْٓ نْ

ﯕ
So We destroyed those who were far mightier than these ˹Meccans˺. The examples of ˹their˺ predecessors have ˹already˺ been related.1

And We destroyed greater than them1 in [striking] power, and the example of the former peoples has preceded.
