اِنَّا
اِنّ نَا جَعَلْنَا
جَ عَلْ نَا فِیْۤ
فِىْٓ اَعْنَاقِهِمْ
اَعْ نَا قِ هِمْ اَغْلٰلًا
اَغْ لَا لَنْ فَهِیَ
فَ هِ ىَ اِلَی
اِلَلْ الْاَذْقَانِ
اَذْ قَا نِ فَهُمْ
فَ هُمّ مُّقْمَحُوْنَ
مُقْ مَ حُوْٓ نْ
اِنّ نَا جَعَلْنَا
جَ عَلْ نَا فِیْۤ
فِىْٓ اَعْنَاقِهِمْ
اَعْ نَا قِ هِمْ اَغْلٰلًا
اَغْ لَا لَنْ فَهِیَ
فَ هِ ىَ اِلَی
اِلَلْ الْاَذْقَانِ
اَذْ قَا نِ فَهُمْ
فَ هُمّ مُّقْمَحُوْنَ
مُقْ مَ حُوْٓ نْ

˹It is as if˺ We have put shackles around their necks up to their chins, so their heads are forced up,

Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
