﷽
اُذِنَ
اُ ذِ نَ لِلَّذِیْنَ
لِلّ لَ ذِىْ نَ یُقٰتَلُوْنَ
ىُ قَا تَ لُوْ نَ بِاَنَّهُمْ
بِ اَنّ نَ هُمْ ظُلِمُوْا ؕ
ظُ لِ مُوْ وَ اِنَّ
وَاِنّ نَلّ اللّٰهَ
لَا هَ عَلٰی
عَ لَا نَصْرِهِمْ
نَصْ رِ هِمْ لَقَدِیْرُ
لَ قَ دِىْٓ رْ
اُ ذِ نَ لِلَّذِیْنَ
لِلّ لَ ذِىْ نَ یُقٰتَلُوْنَ
ىُ قَا تَ لُوْ نَ بِاَنَّهُمْ
بِ اَنّ نَ هُمْ ظُلِمُوْا ؕ
ظُ لِ مُوْ وَ اِنَّ
وَاِنّ نَلّ اللّٰهَ
لَا هَ عَلٰی
عَ لَا نَصْرِهِمْ
نَصْ رِ هِمْ لَقَدِیْرُ
لَ قَ دِىْٓ رْ

ﭗ
ﭘ
ﭙ
ﭚ
ﭛ
ﭜ
Permission ˹to fight back˺ is ˹hereby˺ granted to those being fought, for they have been wronged.1 And Allah is truly Most Capable of helping them ˹prevail˺.

Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought,1 because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory.
