مَ ثَ لُ هُمْ كَمَثَلِ
كَ مَ ثَ لِلّ الَّذِی
لَ ذِسْ اسْتَوْقَدَ
تَوْ قَ دَ نَارًا ۚ
نَا رَا فَلَمَّاۤ
فَ لَمّ مَآ اَضَآءَتْ
اَ ضَآ ءَ تْ مَا
مَا حَوْلَهٗ
حَوْ لَ هُوْ ذَهَبَ
ذَ هَ بَلّ اللّٰهُ
لَا هُ بِنُوْرِهِمْ
بِ نُوْ رِ هِمْ وَ تَرَكَهُمْ
وَ تَ رَ كَ هُمْ فِیْ
فِىۡ ظُلُمٰتٍ
ظُ لُ مَا تِلّ لَّا
لَا یُبْصِرُوْنَ
يُبْ صِ رُ وْٓ نْ
Their example is that of someone who kindles a fire, but when it lights up all around them, Allah takes away their light, leaving them in complete darkness—unable to see.
