you will certainly have no authority over My servants, except the deviant who follow you,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
Indeed, My servants - no authority will you have over them, except those who follow you of the deviators.
— Saheeh International
and surely Hell is their destined place, all together.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all.
— Saheeh International
It has seven gates, to each a group of them is designated.”
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
It has seven gates; for every gate is of them [i.e., Satan's followers] a portion designated."
— Saheeh International
Indeed, the righteous will be amid Gardens and springs.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs,
— Saheeh International
˹It will be said to them,˺ “Enter in peace and security.”
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
[Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]."
— Saheeh International
We will remove whatever bitterness they had in their hearts.1 In a friendly manner, they will be on thrones, facing one another.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment,1 [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other.
— Saheeh International
No fatigue will touch them there, nor will they ever be asked to leave.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed.
— Saheeh International
Inform My servants ˹O Prophet˺ that I am truly the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
[O Muḥammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful,
— Saheeh International
and that My torment is indeed the most painful.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment.
— Saheeh International
And inform them ˹O Prophet˺ about Abraham’s guests
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
And inform them about the guests of Abraham,
— Saheeh International
who entered upon him and greeted ˹him with˺, “Peace!” He ˹later˺ said, “Surely we are afraid of you.”1
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful [i.e., apprehensive] of you."
